All eyewear and lens recommendations are guided by Rahul Jain, Certified Dispensing Optician with 25+ years of optical excellence. Nations Optics is legally registered as Yash Jain HUF, with Yash Jain serving as Karta.

Stock & quantity limits
We reserve the right to limit quantities of any product or service we offer. Availability of custom prescription lenses may vary based on your prescription requirements.
3. Ordering & payment
Order confirmation
Once you place an order, you will receive an instant email confirmation and a same-day WhatsApp confirmation with your order process details. This does not signify final acceptance of your order.
Payment methods
Payments can be made through secure payment gateways available at checkout including prepaid, advance+COD options.
Order refusal
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.
4. Shipping & delivery
Delivery timeline 5–7 working days
Most orders are delivered within 5–7 working days after dispatch. Courier transit takes 2–5 working days depending on your location within India.
Pre-dispatch quality verification
For complete eyewear orders, quality check screenshots are shared on WhatsApp before dispatch — including coatings, prescription match, and overall quality.
India only important
We currently ship within India only. Shipping charges are calculated based on your delivery address and displayed at checkout.
Shipping delays
Nations Optics is not liable for shipping delays caused by external factors beyond our control such as weather, courier delays, or regional disruptions.
5. Returns & exchanges
10-day return policy
We offer a 10-day no-questions-asked return policy on eligible products. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories, tags, and invoice.
Prescription lens refund
Prescription lenses are custom-made. We offer a 50% refund of lens cost under our no-questions-asked policy. For genuine defects or incorrect prescription, we refund up to 100% subject to inspection and approval.
