Refund, Return, and Exchange Policy


At Nations Optics, we strive to deliver high-quality eyewear and ensure complete customer satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer flexible refund, return, and exchange options under the following terms:


Order Modification (Before Dispatch)


  • Orders can be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order by logging into your account or contacting our customer care team.
  • We offer a 100% refund policy with no questions asked.
  • No changes are allowed once the order has been processed.

Returns and Refunds


We offer a 10-day, no-questions-asked return policy on eligible products.

  • To initiate a return, log into your account or contact our customer support team on WhatsApp
  • Returned items must be in their original packaging, including all accessories, tags, and the invoice.
  • After pickup, the product will be inspected by our quality team. If found to be used, damaged, or missing components, we reserve the right to deny the return or adjust the refund.

Exchanges (After Delivery)


If you receive a wrong, damaged, scratched, or defective product, you are eligible for a one-time exchange within 10 days from the date of delivery.

  • To initiate an exchange or full refund, please contact our customer support team with clear photos and a brief description of the issue.
  • The product must be returned in its original condition, including all accessories, tags, packaging, and invoice.
  • Once the returned item is received, inspected, and approved, we will process the exchange or refund based on your preference. Exchanges will be provided at no additional cost.
  • If a replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be issued instead.

Prescription Glasses


  • We guarantee the quality and accuracy of your prescription. Every prescription lens is carefully verified and matched before dispatch.
  • For products with prescription lenses, we offer a 50% refund of the lens cost under our no-questions-asked policy, as prescription lenses are custom-made and cannot be reused.
  • The frame cost will be refunded in full if the frame is returned in unused, resalable condition, along with all original tags, accessories, and packaging.
  • Prescription items may also be exchanged or fully refunded if found to be defective or incorrect, subject to inspection and approval.

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Products


  • If you receive a damaged, defective, scratched, or incorrect item, please report it immediately.
  • You can opt for a replacement (exchange) or a full refund upon inspection and approval.

Delivery Exceptions & Address Issues


  • If your delivery address is found to be unserviceable, we will attempt to contact you regarding the issue. If we are unable to reach you, the order will be marked as RTO (Return to Origin) and processed accordingly.
  • To initiate a return, please log into your account or contact our customer support team via WhatsApp.

Refund & Exchange Timeline


  • The complete process — including pickup, quality inspection, and processing — typically takes 8 to 15 business days.
  • Exchanges will be dispatched after the returned item has successfully passed our quality inspection.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment used at the time of purchase, once the returned item has been inspected and approved.
